Question about lights

These fogs are not real fog lights. They are freaking 5W bulb, that shit can illuminate not even 6 inches away from the car. What the F--K?

Is there anything that we can do to improve the lighting on the road lights/foglights on the CL-S?

I have seen some post about M6 Polarg. Were can I get them and what is the price on them? What type of bulb and color are we talking about here?

Please help

Thanks for the information in advance

haha yes... we determined that these road lamps serve no functional purpose a while back. the polarg M6 is just a 12W small wedge bulb that would fit in the place of the stock 5W bulbs. as for price, i think i bought some for $7.00/bulb. i don't know where you could get them since i do not live in texas, but try autocarparts.com... they carry a lot of lights for your car.

personally, i think you should just take those fuckin road lamps and out and replace them with real fogs (piaa, etc). my $0.02. good luck

Here's where I bought mine. They are 18 watts & they much brighter & look very close to the HID headlights "nothing is as good as the real HID'S, but these are close."

What effect will the HEAT from the 18W bulb have on the insulation?

Hey, seeing that you're in South Florida too, how long have you had the 18 watt bulbs in and have you noticed any housing melting or other problems? I might get the 18 watt PIAAs instead of their 5 watt bulbs.
