I think these are sick not to ricey cause they only light up when the alarmn is activated or when getting out of the car. Easy cheap mod!

They are UFO lights to us. Two 1st genners that I know of have this mod.

 

A few of the TSX owners are doing the same thing to make theirs JDM approved. I wouldnt necessarily call it an easy mod because they involve drilling thru your side skirt

 

this mod is far from easy if you do it right. You can always just attach it to the side skirt but your car will look like it has nipples if you dont take your skirts off and drill holes and attach a small rod to place the lamp pods on. I sold my puddle lamps because I was too lazy to go through all that

 

It's been done. Someone here has an SSM 2nd Gen that is like that. Can't remember who's car it is though. I couldn't tell you what to search for since you can't search "UFO". I'm almost positive thats in the thread title though.

Ok, thanks for the info though anyway. I called up my stereo shop and he wanted 300 for the lights and the install, lol it must not be so easy then. Still looks sick though!
