Alright I need a few opinions on suspension options here, I have it narrowed down I think to two:
1) "Neuspeed Super Cup Kit": Neuspeed Sport Springs and Koni Yellow Shocks
Lowering 1.8 Front 1.7 Rear, Price ~$800 shipped
2) Eibach Pro System Plus: Basically a whole suspension kit springs, shocks, and sway bars.
Lowering 1.5 Front and Rear, Price ~$850 shipped

Here are my concerns from what I've read on here I will need a rear camber adjustment kit. Do I need a front adjustment kit if I go with either of these? What is limit of how low you can go without needing one?
I think the Eibach kit is a better value but am concerned it won't be enough drop in the front since the gap is bigger in the front than the back stock.
Any opinions, first hand experience with either of these will be much appreciated.

I liked my Supercup kit. It was comfortable and composed. No need for a front camber kit. Im not sure about the rear because I had installed the Ingalls arms back when I had KSports.

I'm almost leaning toward the Tein Basics . . . they're a bit cheaper at ~710 shipped. From what I've read on them you adjust the height using the spring? I just don't want to have a rough ride because of lowering the car. Any ideas?

I wouldn't go with the Tein Basics. Those adjust with the spring perch as opposed to having a third nut which actually adjusts the length of the shock body. So basically the more you lower the Teins, the less shock travel you get. Other designs allow you to keep full travel. They also don't have adjustable dampening.

If you want a camber kit I'd go with Ingalls. For the front make sure you get the low profile version, if you don't the adjustment nut on the top will bang against the strut mount on bumps. (That is if you go low enough.)

Alright thanks they seemed like a inferior design the more I read about/looked at them. I'm pretty set on the Neuspeed Super Cup Kit now I think but I will definitely talk to some of the members at the C&C meet this Saturday about it.

Yeah I think we're the only two CL-S 6MT on the list. I live like 10 min away from where they hold C&C.

Nice. I hope to be there with mine. It'll be a game time decision though.

So I was measuring for a drop for the neuspeed sport springs and it's going to be extremely close in the rear, like almost touching the tire. I'm running 17x7 wheels and 235-45 tires any ideas?

Thanks, nice meeting someone with another modded 6 speed. My car looks so lifted I can't wait until I get a drop. Once you get the new trans in you could probably shave another 15 min off your blistering time lol.

So I got around to fixing a problem that has been bothering me since I've had my gauges. I bought the Lotek Two Gauge Pod and it's set up so that it overlays and screws in to the stock one. I wasn't having any of that noise so I ordered it w/o the screw holes. The attachment was that problem, when it would get hot the adhesive on the velcro would melt and the pillar would come apart from the car. Not totally all the time but the gap would grow and I would have to push it back on.

So to fix this I designed an attachment block modeled off the stock A-Pillar trim and got it rapid prototyped.

As you can see the stock black push clip slides into the top and the bottom gets bonded to the aftermarket A-Pillar gauge pod. I used Plastic Weld it seems to work well and is holding up good so far.

The gap is really nice now and matches the stock one well.

Got my Legend Calipers on this past weekend. I stayed with EBC USR rotors and Red Stuff Pads.

Also the A/F Sensor Harness came in today so I am going to start tuning after thanksgiving break.

Its the yellow plug at the bottom of the pic. It plugs into the BOOST plug.

Greddy Emanage A/F Sensor Harness PN 15900912

This will allow me to data log AFR v. RPM so I won't need a dyno to tune and won't have to worry about anyone messing up my car.

Yeah there's no way to data log AFR v. RPM otherwise, at least with the piggy back. You can do it on the dyno but I am tuning the car myself.

Ok, so you will start datalogging your car under different conditions and you'll be able to adjust your a/f. Where does the other end of the a/f harness go to? Do you splice that into your wideband?

Yeah its spliced into the wideband the 0-5V output which is the white wire. Then I can do pulls on the highway late at night or whenever there is no traffic data log then tune.

I finally got my suspension installed this past weekend. My setup is:
Tokico Illuminas (5-way adjustable damping)
Tanabe DF210 Springs (2.0 in F, 1.5 in R)
Wicked Tuning Rear Camber Kit

Before

After

Before

After

So far I love the way the car rides and handles. It's surprisingly comfortable for being lowered as much as it is. The stance is exactly what I wanted with a little bit of rake and the car looks BA now ! I currently have the rear shocks set at 4 (1 is softest, 5 is hardest) and the fronts set at 3.

I also installed my Techna-Fit ss-braided brake lines that Corsport took forever to get me. Pedal feel is noticeably better. . .
