My Grill

This was my first time fabricating something for my car. I think it turned out well. What do you think?

Eh, I'm not a huge fan, looks like you just wrapped chicken wire around your grill instead of properly shaving the interior wing, filling the holes, and recessing the grill material. Looks good from far away though. Just my opinion.

yo nbennetksu, where can i get a body kit and grill like the one on the white acura/honda? I have an 08 acura tl type s and i am looking for a nice aftermarket body kit for it and a nice grill. If you know anywhere that i can get body kits similiar to the one in the picture and the same type grill let me know.

Gotcha.

Isn't there potential for items / debris to enter that area with nothing protecting it?

I would be concerned with driving on the freeway and does your intake have a protective cover?

Or what about water?

makes me want my grill to be done even more. I bought two different kinds of paint and it's not bonding properly, even after tons of meticulous sanding, and priming. Hopefully by this weekend I'll have a new grill (and a new...cheap...digital camera) to show.

That's weird how the paint won't stick.

What kind of paint are you using...?

You should hit the silver part behind the grill with some flat black paint.
