I would probably just get rid of that middle section too man. Just "float" the emblem on some mesh mounted on the back of the grill. But that's just my opinion...mainly because thats what I'm doing. But best of luck!

I'm thinking on mine again... I've stopped working on it for the moment... I want the "A" to be recessed more... but I really dont wanna lose supportr in the middle...

 

Thats pretty much exactly how mine is going to turn out. Doing the final sanding prep today on it.

 

I like this grille..i have seen them for sale. I like how the grille is set in more vs. the Ron Jon style grills which are more "flush"

 

i did the same thing but i also went ahead and cut teh middle part out and slapped on teh (A) and now switching it to the (H).

 

i didn't like how it looked, but i might slap it on one more time to see if its worth painting.

 

I like it painted body color on the inside. I might look into doing that as well.

 

im molded mine into a 1pc and it looks a whole lot better.

 

^ thats exactly what they sell on ebay though.... i like the inspire grille on the 2nd gen tl...
