Question problem w/ speedbumps

when i go over speedbumps sometimes, i hear a noise on the driver's side front wheel. When i tried lifting up my car to take look at it, the driver's side front wheel stayed on the floor, while the passenger front wheel was off the ground... I dont know what to buy to fix this problem... any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... THX IN ADVANCE!

did you try to lift up the driver side with a jack and the wheel stayed on the floor? your shocks could be blown or you forgot to put the nuts back on?

so you lifted from the center jack point and the passneger side came off the ground before the drivers side? Am I understanding this correctly?

Why don't you just jack up the drivers side and see if you can see where anything might be missing?

when my shocks were blown and i went over speedbumps, i heard creeking noises...and i tried pushing the car down from above the wheel, it would rise back up slowly as compared to a quick response from a good set of shocks
