prndl light question

I notice last night the PRNDL on the lower shift plate (Console) didn't light up the selectors location,,, question is there a light there?? If so how do you access it,, I think this has been asked before???

There is a light there, I think you have to pop the cover to access the light. Are you still under warranty? If so, the dealer can take care of that for you on your next visit.
