Ported TB

What exactly is involced in porting a TB? How hard is it to do? Could I do it myself wtih a dremel? Does it add much power?

Not much. You'll notice some better throttle response. That's about it.
You can port the intake as well, that will yield a few HP.

Well in that case, can someone tell me what is involved in porting the intake mani?

Because I'm going to be doing it in a few days. maybe this weekend.

both of these mods ...should be near the end of any mod list ...u should have every bolt on first...

what if you have intake, header and crank pulley. Is it then time for this mod along wit a Apexi controller?

thermo spacers would go on at the time of installing the ported and polished head so thermo block/ P&P head would be all 1 mod. Neo and dyno tuning would be followed right after that
