I forget the model, but for the driving lights below the HID?

Well anyway, I got those - and they lasted about a year, but my right one has burned out, and I will be ordering 2 more just in preparation for the burning out of the other.

So, to answer your question - about a year...2 months seems REALLY short.

Make sure when you install it, you might want to hold it with something, so the oil from your fingers doesn't get on the bulb.

I've had my PIAA's for about 15 months now. My guess is you might have handled the bulb with your fingers when you put it in. Use a paper towel or rubber gloves to put the new bulbs in, just to make sure you don't get any sweat or moisture on the bulb, it greatly reduces the life of it.

I've gone through several sets of Polarg M-6s, which have lasted a little over a year on average. (20,000 miles)

I got some for my friend, and they burned out in about two months... but he admitted he touched the bulbs with his fingers when he installed them.

I gave him another set and he installed them properly and are still burning after 10 months.

I'm on my second pair of Polarg's...each pair lasted about 9 months each. I think from now on, I'm going to change them burned out or not after 6 months. They just dont look quite as good after being used for quite some time. I noticed a HUGE difference when I compared a 9 month old polarg (that didnt burn out yet) vs a NEW one.
