Pohanka anyone?

I would like to know if anyone has purchased a CLS from this dealer in Chantilly VA in the last 2 months and what they paid. IE...what accessories, finance rates, $ down etc. Also what are your impressions of this dealer as far as service goes. I think they are shady and the "service" reps way too stressed. I took my CLS back 4 times to get scratches buffed out that THEY CAUSED. Also, my security system wouldn't beep on delivery and it took 2 trips and 2 days of a loaner to ge it fixed. BTW dont anybody buy that CompTech'd up blue CLS in the showroom. I watched a salesman beat the hell out of it. Pretty sad shit. Any thoughts?

Actually, I havent't had any problems with Pohanka, I think they were great, they gave me the first service free and I paid 500 over invoice for my aegean blue, when it first came out back in april. Maybe you just had some bad experiences.

IS that this past April ? And yes I agree I may just have had bad luck b/c some other things they have done are good.

After hearing about Rosenthal Acura from others here, that's where I went.

I'll get it serviced at Criswell in Annapolis unless they turn out to be boneheads. The mofos close at 6pm on a Friday night? Don't they want to sell cars?

Yea, this past april, I went to Rosenthal first when I was shopping around for dealerships, and the sales guy at Rosenthal didn't take me seriously, he wouldn't even let me test drive the car, but I was welcomed at Pohanka, the guy asked me right away to take it for a test drive, and they were one of the few in the area that had the aegean blue with navi on their lot. Overall I liked Pohanka, first service is soon, so I will know more then.

Pohanka's pretty good for me and yes they do beat up the blue comptech cls.

As w/ any dealer ship it really depends on who you talk to.

I get my car serviced at Criswell as well, so far the only problems I've had are
1)they stole my rear license plate frame that said Hybrid Honda and put theirs on. (guess they thought it was another dealership) and when I called them they said they would send me a free oil change coupon but never did. And the guy I talked to is gone.
2)they claimed to have washed my car but all they did was take a wet rag and wipe off the bird shit on the window and left it all smeary.
3)some other small stuff when I bought it, but nothing major.
4)never anything to read in the waiting room besides one newspaper for 5 people!

From what I've heard from a couple NSX owners who had service done at Criswell had a really poor experience with their service dept. Just a heads up.

hmmmm they have changed their service manager in the last 3-4 months i think, so hopefully it will get better. Do you know what problems they were having? I have seen some of the techs before and they don't look to bright. I think most of them are high school drop outs.

As for the problems they had, not sure, i think it was more than 3-4 months ago, maybe that's why I don't remember, could be wrong though.

POHANKA SUCKS ASS! THOSE RAT BASTARDS tried to rip me off on rotors that they knew goddamn well were covered under warranty!

Good mechanics, Scott is the only cool salesman, and the MANAGEMENT SUCKS!

Mike Goings can bite my crank! He's a sleazy rat bastard with NO KNOWLEDGE of AUTOMOBILES whatsoever!

Thank god I got my money back from them!

I guess everyone has their own opionions about each dealership, but I won't be dealing much with the dealer after my first service since I get my service done at a local shop. Well hope to see ya guys at the burke lake bbq on the 4th.

I'll be there too. Looking forward to seeing some Aegean Blues out there too! I'm highly considering trading my silver in for one as soon as I can...
