that used to happen all the time on the rear's of my Max. Fortunately is was easy enough to fix at home and not have to pay the rediculous labor rate at the dealer. Hopefully the lugs on these cars aren't as soft as they appeared to be on the Nissan.
Funny thing, it only happened with the tuner locks, and never with the stock ones.

doesn't help if you HAVE to allow your dealer to remove/replace the rims and they use airwrenches. That's how mine kept going, largely due to the numerous problems I was having with Nissan rotors.
