I bought my CL-S at Vandergriff. They have been pretty helpful so far, except for fixing my moonroof rattle. You should give them a call to check the labor on springs, etc.

817-467-1000, ask for Tim

The salesmen at David McDavid are a bunch of crooks. Go to Goodson Acura in Irving. I imagine that Jotech would do your work for you. They're pretty reputable and only deal w/Japanese cars.

I just had my CL-S aligned at Goodson, they were confused at first but after much debate they did the alignment. They were confused with a car that was lowered. They were familiar with comptech but not with the CL. I had the install done at a local shop for $200. The alignment cost was $75. The quotes from the dealers for the install were around $450. The Goodson's service adviser's name was "Shelby". After dealing with me he'll know what your talking about.

May have seen you today during lunch. I ate at Quizino's next to Dicky's BBQ on MacArthur. Were you over there today?

I had my springs put in at Jotech for $250, no alignment. I had my headers put in at the dealer for $350. I know the install for the headers is a little high put I couldn't wait any longer.

How was the job that Jotech did? Was it clean and professional? I have heard a couple things about them, but not much.

And where did you get your alignment done at afterwards? (dealership - which one?)

Thanks!

Jotech did a great job on my drop. Very professional. I guess they have a rep to uphold now.

I got my alignment at NTB, paid less than 80 bucks for that. They didn't change the camber too much but they needed to correct the toe alot.

What part of Plano are you in? I see a few silver CL's runnning around town. Maybe we could meet up sometime.

That is cool. I may look to them when I eventually get my springs, sways, and headers. I will do the CAI myself (save some $$$).

I live around Preston / Legacy. I drive the Tollway and Preston everyday to/from work. I work at Tollway and Beltline. I am always on 635 & 75 in the late night, coming home from my girlfriends who lives in Mesquite.

Yeah, we need to have a Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area and whoever else wants to come meet.

Do you work off of Campbell and Glenville. I have seen a silver CL parked in one of the parking lots in that area.

Hey Guys,

I drive from FW on 635E to 75N up to Park everyday, but it's usually before 6:30AM. I drive it the opposite way at night. You can tell I do not like traffic! If you see a silver CL-S with the blue polarg M6 fogs doing 80+mph, it's me.

I've thought about the headers but I'm afraid of the noise increase. If you guys arrange a meet for lunch or something I would like to join in and hear the headers.

I'm also looking forward to some new rubber. Not that these wheels are bad, I'm a firm believer in putting your best traction (dry and wet) against the road.

Let me know about the lunch meeting. Maybe Razoos off 75 (down by Campbell or so??).

wireless, as far as noise levels go the headers do not produce excess noise. in fact i cannot even tell that they are in. if you want to meet up we can do that. i work at the SBC building off of 75 and Campbell in Richardson.
