Perforated grille/HELP?

I was flipping through the threads and since I'm trying to find a cool grill for my car, I couldn't help but notice this one that AaronT found (without paying $360 for it). I tried to PM his but it is not allowing me. I like that pattern. I went to the link he provided for everyone (www.mcmaster.com) and finally found it under perforated materials. The only problem I have is trying to figure out the size specifications of the ones people typically use for grilles because their selection is quite extensive. If you go to the website you'll see they break it down from diameter size, distance between the holes, thickness of metal, etc... If anyone purchased from this company or someone else, can they tell me those measurements? I'd greatly appreciate it. I want to order a sheet but when I recieve it, I was to use it for a grille not a cookie cutter. (here's that thread he put up: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105766
Thanks everyone....

Hey man i just found this info on the same thread

Here is the info on what I ordered through McMaster Carr. It is a rather large sheet. I'd recommend getting larger diameter holes because these are a bit on the small side.

9232T131 - Aluminum Perforated Sheet 36" X 40", .1875" Hole Dia, 51% Open Area, .032" Thk $27.61

those are the exact patterns i was looking for! kinda looks like the Denali grille. but damn, there are sooo many sizes, diameters, etc...

i think the ".078" Hole Dia. 36% Open, Staggered" is the one, but not sure.

please post pics when possible...

thanks!!!

I finally got pics of the grille and the ride.
The paint on the grille started to chip a bit after the snow storm we had the other night. Imma take the grille back out and primer and re-paint it.

and a before picture for comparison

Lemme know what you guys think or

Nice, very very nice... Definately a It actually looks even better in person. Hey thanks again for the leftover sheet, I appreciate that. I think I did a pretty good job in cutting mines out, I took my time on it to avoid any problems. I needed to get a new grille insert anyways because the old one looked like it got into a cat fight. So I used the old one as a blue-print, now all I have to do is paint it so when the new one arrives... wham! it will fit right away. We'll keep in touch, my car should be out of the shop b4 the meet. If not, you'll probably see me on the front page of the Boston Globe for murder. LOL.
