tough call, i have comptech and a versus kit, but my front was trimmed for that reason. I wish I would have stayed with the front because i never scrape and wish i was a bit lower. Our cars ride very high unmodified...

My buddy has the versus kit on an 03 CL with TEIN coilovers. He hit the front within 30 seconds of having it, backing out of the body shop. Then he knocked the entire front piece of the kit off the car on the parkway a few days later in a big dip.

i have the versus kit on my ride along with eibach sportlines... the thing about the versus kit (well at least mine) is that the center part of the lip is really flimsy. it got pretty banged up over the first month BUT I COULD HAVE SWORN I NEVER SCRATHED IT. turns out on the freeway my friend was looking at the front from his car and he saw the lip bending from the wind pressure at like 70+mph like it was "talking". anyways thats what the piece got messed up for me, so if anyone has the same problem with the versus and wonders why i suggest using 2 zip ties.

wow, very clean! but florida has some of the best roads as opposed to the tristate area...

by the way, whoever installs the kit should also put brackets to support the front and rear overhangs.

check my sig to see the way i modified the front to be able to get clearance.

I put a bracket under my front lip in the middle to hold it up. I rarely have any problems with rubbing and I have a comptech drop.

I tried to take a picture today, but it rained all day, so I will try in the morning, it is a custom metal bracket that I put on.

you can drive a car with a kit and not hit anything you just need to becarful when you drive. avoid pot holes and roads or driveways that have steep inclines in them.

When i had the versus front on, my gut cut a piece of 1/2 inch copper tubing and rivited it along the bottom inside edge ot the kit, it worked great and strong as hell!
