I was looking for some help.
I think the stock exahust looks fine to me considering the price of an aftermarket ones.
its just that they are black and hard to see
I would like to paint them silver
what kind of paint could i use
heat treated or somthing
Its just an Idea
I dont want it to look cheap or somthing

it gives a nice shine not to shiney.
Like compare a silver car shine to a black cars shine.
i even painted the y pipe and it looks really good also.
I just took my time tape my bumber with a bunch of towels and painted it on the car.

My Boy he has a tl that we painted it looks hot. Now he has his ground effects and he is so happy that he painted it, before he put them on. Do it once and it will stay nice. Makes you look at the back more.

You can remove the mufflers and rub off the black stuff on them...and spray them if you want...they are stainless steel mufflers underneath.
A reminder...if you are going to paint them...make sure you use the high heat primer as well...and cover the tips with Newspaper.
