I went with the ceramic pads and the cryo-treated rotors in the link and I already warped the rotors. I am still very satisfied with the performance of the setup but will change sometime due to the warping.

I'm getting Greenstuff pads. I heard they do a pretty good job and don't shed a lot of brake dust.

I've done quite a bit of research, and I just ordered the Axxis deluxe plus rather than ultimates. The ultimates (in your case ceramics) will have more "bite" but will leave more break dust. The streets will improve your breaking from oem, and will leave less dust on your wheels. I also upgraded to the stoptech slotted rotors, which should increase my breaking along with pads. My recommendation is to the hps streets, unless you are planning to track your car. There is also a beddin process in which you "coat" your new rotors evenly with the material from the pad with a series of breaking from 60-5mph 10 times, which will stop break shuttering from the rotors. You can check that out at stoptech.com
