Opinions on next car!!!!!!!!!

I ahave been looking for used M3's somewhere in the $45k range. Still a little undecided on the coupe convertible thing and cant seem to find the "perfect car". So lately i have benn thinking screw it and get a new S2000 or TL. What do you guys think. Is the used M3 worth it? S2000 a fun convertible or a ^ spd TL Obviously the later will save some $, thanks

You have an 03 CL, are you getting rid of it already or getting a 2nd car?

An S2k would make a great 2nd car.

I'd go for a new 5-series.

Of course the tail is ugly as sin but you'll be inside most of the time...the interior is beautiful.

if you're trading in your CLS, then get the M3 coupe, but if you're getting a 2nd car, go for the S2000. The M3 convertible is too heavy

Yea if you are keeping the 6 speed cl, i wouldn't even consider the tl. It has the same engine, transmission, and limited slip. I really like what they've revised for the new 04 s2000. It matters what you want. 2 or 4 door, coupe or convertible, and how often and when youll be driving it. If its your second car(weekend driver) then maybe the s2000, but if you are using it as a daily driver id get the m3 coupe.

1. There is no such thing as "the perfect car", even on an individual basis. There will always be some features on another car that you'd wish your car would also had.

2. Third party people can only help you narrow down to a certain list of cars. The final decision can only be made by you, ONLY AFTER you go to the dealer's and see, feel, touch and test drive the cars listed on the above mentioned narrow listing.

You have at least nocked down one of the most important criteria in making a decision. Price/budget. Now you go from here...

Are you on crack? i know i know opinions, BUT the new 5's interior is useless and ugly. Gone are the days of a well designed and laid out driver oreinted BMW interior. Now we have artsy fartsy non-functional interiors.

You want a beautiful interior, look at the new TL, thats an interior. M3 interior is also sexy.

Will you be having any kids soon?

If so, X out the M3 and any other 2 door car unless you are a frequent car switcher. If you are, get what ever because you will be switching out of it soon anyway!

As of late I have leaned more into having 2 or 3 inexpensive car instead of 1 expensive one. It has been kinda nice to switch whenever I want to.

Well, yes I am an artsy fartsy kind of guy. I didn't spend the last year studying art and animation for nothing.
