one day in..... already!?
first off pull the codes and see what they mean.......then go from there. Dealer should be more than willing to help you on that one.... unless the car is over 4 years on in serice date or 50K miles (may be 52500 miles shortly) if it turns out to be the trans, make SURE that the car is not salvage titled....

1) Not all 03 CL automatics are covered under the extended warranty. It all depends on the VIN. Acura thinks they might have fixed the issue part way thru the 03 Model Year... So the auto tranny on some late MY03's are only covered for 4 yrs/50K miles (but I'm sure dealer will replace a failed auto tranny under goodwill if you bitch enough).

2003 3.2 CLs up to VIN 19UYA42..3A005203
At least that's my story
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong...
BUMMER! I bought mine in August, and two days after buying it my check engine light came on. Came out to be i had bent intake valves...
Luckily the dealer (Hinshaws Acura) paid for the valve job!
