Ok, this is weird ... am I insane ?

Guys, maybe I'm going crazy but some of you might know waht I'm talking about. Last week when I was washing my car in the garage, everything was quiet but I kept hearing this weird whistle like sound every once in a while. It seemed like it came from the back end of the car but I thought it was most likely the wind going through a garage window or something. It reminded me of the sound the car makes when the ABS compressor kicks in when you start the car, except a lillte brighter tone.

Problem is, yesterday, as I was standing by the car OUTSIDE, I heard the same freakin buzzing sound and once again it seemed to come from the back end of the car !!!!! The keys were not in the ignition at all.

My girlfriend looked at me and said "The Acura just farted !" WTF ?

Just like a pneumatic suspension trying to level a car ...... ?????????

That's strange. My car makes a clicking sound right in front of the rear drivers side wheel well (when it's running). It almost sounds like the purge valve clicking. I told the service depatment about it at Acura and they said it wasn't anything to worry about. If I had to guess, I'd say it is the fuel pump. Yours is different, very odd I must say.

I've never heard that before. My Accord never did that, that I'm aware of. But the fan did kick in on extremely hot days when the car was turned off.
