Is it okay to put 5W-30 Synthetic Blend into our cars? I plan on 5W-30 Blend and then next time, in about 5000 miles, to put 5W-30 Mobil 1 fully synthetic.. It's about time I change.

Instead of wasting money on blends that have unknown concentrations, just mix them yourself. Blends cost more than regular, but who knows how much synthetic is really in them; 10%, 25%, 3%, who knows.
