Yes, unless you are in "harsh" driving conditions. In NYC they say 3500 miles.

 

My guess the most of us drive our Acura CL-S oil should be changed at least 3500m.or sooner! Right!?

 

Yes, 7500 miles for oil change is good provided that you drive most of the time under normal conditions.
You can always check the color of the oil, if it gets realy black, than its time to change.
I change mine at 7500 miles and use synthetic oil.

Be happy that its 7500 miles and not 3000 miles, save yourself some money.

Thanks..i am not complaining just dont want to screw anything up. I dont drive to hard all the time...

 

3 1/4 mile runs and 7 hard street races and I did Mobil 1 @ 2100 miles.

 

I wanted an oil change at 3000 but was told by the dealer that the first oil change is at 7500 because the oil that comes in the engine from factory is special to help the break-in process and it should be left that long.
I don't know if this is true or just plain BS.
After that, it's been every 3000 with Mobil1 for me.
