I know one of our "insiders" at ClubTSX has heard that discussions on the TSX-R coming to the US (in lieu of a Type S) are very real and Honda HQ folks are considering the move.

This comes from someone who basically broke the first info about the TSX itself over there complete with scanned pictures that were posted here, vtec.net, ClubTSX (of course), etc.

So hope that is true ... cause in 3 years my TSX lease is up and a TSX Type R ... would be ... well ... IN MY DRIVEWAY

Sorry - I didn't mean for it to sound like "our guy is better than your guy" It was just meant to say that he is reliable ... as it sounds like your contact is ... can't go wrong with 2 contacts especially when the info sync's up.

In this case ... it was more of the early pictures of the TSX interior/exterior and it was the first Acura produced official pics ... and the long wait for my TSX began :-)

By the way - he also seems to have some leads on the '04 TL that we are trying to get him to crack on

That can only be our little dream thus far But as we all know the TSX was engineered to accept a rear electric motor ... so ... this is certainly not as far fetched as one would think. 240 HP, torque from the electric, 40-45MPG, plus the current TSX. Ahhhhhh
