Now this is incredible....

This CLS6 looks to have around 12,000 miles. Whether it's really true or not is beyond me....

They want $19,000 for it!?

That's pretty cool... but out of curiousity, how come you are always posting stuff about "mileage"? you seem pretty OCD about it.

I think it's interesting, because mileage is a huge factor on a vehicle. It represents part of it's history and usually demonstrates it's condition. It's something that can't be reversed, which interests me.

And its so easy to keep mileage off a car just by buying an extra cluster off ebay and driving on that till you sell the car. Its hard to be sure, especially if they do their own oil change so the mileage never gets recorded anywhere....I cant really blame him on that one.

I'm the same way especially with cars that are aging like CL's.

When I see a low mileage NSX I get particularly excited because I know that by the time I get around to buying an NSX, which will be many many years from now, that i just gotta look for one with a small amount of miles. If in 2020, I can buy an 06 NSX with 15k on the clock, I'll be really happy.

It's a mass produced car... Nothing rare and it most likely isn't going to be a collectors car. I use to think about keeping the mileage down on my car but I have more fun driving it than thinking about it's resale value and mileage.

If I had the money to have two decent cars then I'd be able to worry about mileage.

For some reason I knew this was going to be another "Hey guys check out this CL I found!" thread.

The mileage can be tracked by the yearly state inspections. There's no way around that, is there?...just saying.

You can fake mileage with a new cluster, but you can't fake wear and tear. That car is immaculate.

THe NSX was last made in 05, and believe me, those cars will still fetch similar prices as they do now.

If that CL had navi, it would be a true gem.
