Hey guys and gyrls, I'm new to the community, and I just purchased an '01 CL Type S Auto (read: couldn't find a 6-speed, but got a good deal on this one). I'm looking forward to learning more about the car, best bang for the buck mods, wheel specs and recommendations, [reventative maintenance and care, and interacting with the rest of y'all. I'm out in the land of traffic and under the speed limit drivers (Las Vegas). Holla, if you're here also.

 

As for the mods, you will probably hear this over and over again, but try searching. There are TONS of pages dedicated to which mods to do, what they cost, which to do first etc. You'll find way more info than you could hope to absorb in one sitting in just a few minutes of searching. GOOD LUCK

 

yea man, the "search" button is your friend, btw, how much did you get it for?, and miles and color if you dont mind me asking.....and you should also check how many trannies its gone through....

Just like you, I also have an '01 CLS (non-6 speed, couldn't find one at time of purchase). Only mods so far are 18's with 225/40/18 tires & Tein S-Tech springs. Next I'd like to install either Konis or Tokico blues...
