New stereo install help!!!!!

I know this belongs in the AV section but i need response ASAP. Installed a pioneer head unit in my 03 cl-s. I posted on here before i installed it about having to bypass the bose amp. I was told i didn't need to, well my head unit is in and i have no sound. Im assuming i need to bypass the amp? Anyone?????please I need sound, HELP!!!

I think you need a Pac Line Coverter.

You don't have to bypass it just turn it on, i assume you got a metra plug, Just connect the blue/white off the the pioneer to the blue/white on the the metra plug and that will turn on your amp.

Now are you using the HU power or the stock amp power doing this?

Can you still run the amp? That would be better.

No, the amp has it's own factory power wire going to it from the fuse box, all he is doing is turning it on with the remote turn on wire from the head unit, same as the factory radio was doing.
