I was still going to check with Bell Engineering if they could supply a 10x4.5x3.5 core. If so, that would just insure there being enough room and that is still plenty big enough.

It is the alternator pulley. The first one they made for me was the same size as the Chomptech HBP and not what I had asked for, so they remade it correctly for me. The larger pulley helps reduce slipping, as compared to the smaller blower pully, however in our case it may not make that much of a difference.

WOW!!!!!................look like my Celica all trac turbo. When are you going to connect it to the A/C compressor and make it like a A/C evaporator?
Are you going to make the intercooler available for us? How much will it cost if I was to buy one from you? If the price is resonable, I don't really care if it work. It look so intimidating.

I will be arranging for a short run of these once completed, tested and the drawings remade. Prices haven't been determined but it looks to be creeping up to nearly $2k.
