With that being the case I may just go ahead and try it out this week. I need to get in all of the supporting items but that needs to be done anyway.

I was still going to check with Bell Engineering if they could supply a 10x4.5x3.5 core. If so, that would just insure there being enough room and that is still plenty big enough.

That is correct, I will probably construct a plate to cover the now exposed valve cover. The fuel rail and connectors are't too attractive. I'll do this out of some thin sheet metal and polish it up. Engraving will probably be later as I haven't decided on what I would put.

That is what I expected! Quit messing around and get it going! You can get what you need over your lunch hour.

Steve, I picked up the new "Max" pulley from Payn Tech today. Do you want to give it a try while you're at it?

It is the alternator pulley. The first one they made for me was the same size as the Chomptech HBP and not what I had asked for, so they remade it correctly for me. The larger pulley helps reduce slipping, as compared to the smaller blower pully, however in our case it may not make that much of a difference.

WOW!!!!!................look like my Celica all trac turbo. When are you going to connect it to the A/C compressor and make it like a A/C evaporator? Are you going to make the intercooler available for us? How much will it cost if I was to buy one from you? If the price is resonable, I don't really care if it work. It look so intimidating.

I'll probably begin with small steps and just get the darn thing on there and operating. After 1k miles of testing though I will probably be ready for more boost.

No AC hook up to it; I gotta keep the car cool in the summer.

I will be arranging for a short run of these once completed, tested and the drawings remade. Prices haven't been determined but it looks to be creeping up to nearly $2k.
