I had this problem and it resulted in fog in the light. I put the original ones back in and it was fine after that.

If the bulb is loose in the hole then it must not be seated properly. The bulb specifically has nothing to do with the fit but the holder does. Mine came out tight and went back in the same way.

On my 99TL, there are three phillips head screws that hold the socket in place. Make sure you loosen them to take out the harness, then when you put the harness back, make sure it seats itself under those screws and then tighten them back up.

I agree with gto2050, it's not the bulb, it's probably not seated properly.

I got cheap bulbs, I am pretty sure that was the problem. You should be ok with the Solaris bulbs, just make sure you tighten the screws after you install it.
