New CL-S Owner chiming in.
I thought i would create a thread here. New to this community, but been around on H-T, Maxima.org, etc for a long time. well I recently purchases an 01 CL-S automatic (1st automatic car!) to putt around in since project cars dont work well as daily's. Well it didnt stay stock for too long. Already lowered on Tein S-Tech's, Greddy Catback, test pipe, and 17x8, 17x9 +20 Work Equips i had laying around, in a month's time. At the moment, I'm trying to find a supercharger and possibly convert to 6 speed. I'll keep this thread updated with my doings. and for now, a quick pic of it until my new lens for my camera comes in.

Thanks guys. The 6 speed is just a thought, probably won't waste (too) much money on this car since it's only really for a daily driver. The supercharger is a definite though, just need to get one at a decent price. And yes the odyssey is my parents' car.

VSA Delete
Ok so I decided to delete my VSA today, or partially delete it i should say until my Intake comes in.
5 bucks total at Radio Shack.
The VSA module itself, still mounted, bc im still waiting for the intake to come in.
Since i cant take it out completely at the moment, i decided I'd pull the flap thing out the vsa.
removing covers
The bare looking J, in all its glory. jk i was checking to make sure the actuator worked, since i was in the bay.
ok, the first resistor, the 8k, in between the Center pin( grey) and the ground (green wire).
then the 2.2k resistor between the center pin and the other side.
and then the last resistor in between the 2 wire pin.
Tidying things up in the bay. what little broski's are for.
Turned on the car, and thats all. no VSA light, or ! light.

the 3rd resistor is the 10 watt, 1 ohm resistor that you put in place where the 2-wire plug that plugs to the VSA. its the bottom plug. ( for reference, look at the 2nd picture, where i have the pic of the VSA module, look at the bottom center, you'll see a plug unplugged. it goes right there.)

I havent had mine go off unless I purposely wanted to spin the tires. I know its gonna gave me if I make a turn too fast in the rain or start to hydroplane though. Its a safety feature like seatbelts or airbags.
And if your really annoyed by it, just turn it off. How often do you actually need to turn it off because you drive like that anyways?

StreetKA, me too haha..
I did it, honestly bc i got a 6 speed CAI so the VSA has to go. Im not too worried about the VSA helping me in the snow or rain or whatever. i daily drove my boosted, swapped maxima, throughout the winter last year lol.
