New to the CL! Just got a 01 CL-P
Hey all, i've been wandering the forums for a bit in the past few weeks and just registered after finally getting my new CL-P. These forums have proven very helpful and the people on here seem really cool. I got a single question although, I know the CL-P has a detuned J32A2 but im wondering what mods I would need to be up to par with a CL-S, I know headers are a key mod to a CL since i've read that the stock exhaust is very restrictive. Im hoping someone with a modded CL-P will chime in and inform me a bit about the J32A1. I've done a few searches and haven't really narrowed down to what i've been looking for. All in all, thanks for having me guys.

She's going on the dyno tomorrow. The shop is going to call me when they are done with their earlier appointments so I can get her in there.

Welcome to the CL addiction
btw, the CL's exhaust really isn't very restrictive. The exhaust manifolds on the other hand, are a whole different story. You can just get headers and save the exhaust for later because any of the exhaust systems (cat-back) will only give you about 2 hp. The main reason for people on here to get exhaust is for the sound and for looks.
Just get yourself an intake, headers, and pulleys to start. Those are pretty much your best mods for the money.
