hey everyone im lookin into selling my second car for another a have a 2000 dodge durango slt+ and a 99 3.0 cl...im looking to sell the durango cuz its just to big for what i need...my parents bought it for me as my project car but now that the 3.0 is my project car i really dont need a car this big does anyone have any suggestion for what i should get anything used or new in the $25k-32k price range hoping ill get around $26k-28k for the durango its only got 8000 miles on it well all the help i can get is greatly appreciated thanks in advance
Since you have a 3.0CL coupe already, then get a sedan or a sport utility vehicle. My first suggestion is a 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan. My second suggestion is a 2003 Honda Pilot. My third suggestion is a 2003 Lexus IS300 sedan or sportcross. My last suggestion is a 2003 Audi A4. All of them fall into your price range if they are the base model with some but not all extra packages.
how bout a late model Supra(the mods on them are Endless:P )(i've seen 1000 HP Supras)
or a S2000(nothing cooler than running with Mustang GTs with only 4 cylinders
)
If your really lucky maybe you could find a 2001 Integra Type R(last year built)and puts some mods on it(you'd still be under your budget) but the mods for that car is unreal.
Or if you wanna go nuts with your 3.0 get a beater(like a older civic) find a 2001-2003 CL-S that was rolled or hit in the rear end. pull the motor and tranny(try to find the 2003 6 speed if you want it cause if you read this board the automatics are a little weak(no offence guys) then take the motor you pulled to the local machine shop have it bored(like .060 over),balance, have the heads ported and polished, put low compression pistons and do a custom turbo setup bolt everything in and you'll be running with these guys with the Comptech Supercharger CL-S 6-speeds
(which in a 1/4 mile you'd pull if your a good driver mid to low 13's)

it really depends on what u want the car to do.... do u want it to be :
- a great performer (wrx)
- high hp cruiser (grand prix)
- used luxury (used e-class, gs, q45, 5 or 7series etc etc)
- used sports car (300zx, supra, rx7)
- something thats reliable and will last u 7-10+ yrs (camry, accord)
