Ferrari Enzo: 0-60 in 3.3s; 1/4- mile in 11.2 @ 136!!
Saleen S7: 0-60 in 3.3s; 1/4-mile in 11.6 @ 126!!
Murcielago (damn slowest!!): 0-60 in 3.8s; 1/4-mile in 12.6 @ 116.

Keep in mind that the CL55 (AMG) does the 1/4-mile in 12.6 @ 116 as well!!

Mercedes Benz CL65 AMG: 0-60 in 3.9 (that's a 4-seater!!)
Bugatti EB16.4 (16-cylinder 4-turbos!!) and 987hp... SHIT!!

Yeah, it's a great issue. I still can't get over the $732 oil change for the Enzo.

 

What are you talkin about 2005, mine runs 10 secs right now. Except I haven't made it as far (maybe 1/5 or 1/6 of a mile in 10 secs). Hah, but I can change my own oil.

this should make ur accomplishment w/the turbo even more gratifying, after viewing these numbers. For under $40k, you made a car that had style, luxury, speed, and fwd run 12s and prob even better if it wasn't for traction issues

I've read that the Enzo handles much better at top speeds, though.

There are rumors about next BMW M5 of having V10 engine pumping out 500 plus horsepower so that should push it up the expensive group several spaces.....Subaru and Mitsubishi have done their best of providing us young people two excellent relatively affordable sport cars........If Nissan/Infiniti could come up with a 400+hp GTR that would motivate Honda/Acura to debut its next NSX better and earlier would it? Afterall a sport car with 290hp doesn't justify its $89,000 price right, no matter how sexy it still looks......Toyota/Lexus is really lacking a super high performace sport car, come on, Celica and SC430 are not that impressive, at least bring a new Supra here to compete against 350Z......

My next door neighbor just got a candy red Murcialgo (he says there are only 3 of that color in the U.S). It is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Motivates me sooo much to work my ass off so I could afford one one day!!!

Silver, you left out the Cobra, $35k for 390+ HP since it performs like it actually has more than that.
