New 3.2 CL-S
Whoa killer board! I've had my '03 cl-s 6-spd/nav for about 2 months. I love it...only thing I've done so far is order some HID foggies for it...
Any suggestions on how to start the tweaking?
I don't want to void my warrantee and want to start cheap.
Damn I love my car!

the warranty cannot be voided by modding itself...cheap...whats cheap...? tires would be the best first place to start IMO as they are the weak link in this car and you could save your stockers for winter tires...or a real cheap mod is to remove the lower resonator of the stock air box and by a K&N drop in replacement filter 8hp and a slightly deeper engine note.

still a Masshole
Congrats and good Luck. Get a cold air intake or the new icebox for 200-250 new. Should give a decent gain. Get the CAI if you want a deeper sound at WOT (wide open throttle) or the icebox if you want the sound to be close to stock.

jump on the group buy for the Eibach sways. they will most likely be better then the comptech's.
sways will only void a very small portion of your warranty (just endlinks total of $30 to replace)
and they are easy to install.
They will take away the boatish feel when turning.
what up with the HID fogs? true HID's or blue halogen bulbs?

Watch out for all the bitching, whining, and negative energy on this board. You can probably take a lot of it with a grain of salt, so to speak. I love my car too!

Yes they are true HID auxillary lights...Sylvania Xenarc 1010...I believe they are running 35w at 6000 Kelvin temp. THey're going in monday I'll let you know how they look(or better yet, post a pic)
One thing, they lights will go either in the old running light housings or close to them...If I got a cold intake, will it be affected by the high heat of the hid's?
