I would love to get my hands on one of those as a second car. They still don't get that much respect.. and it would be funny as hell to smoke cars that are 2 to 3 times as expensive... lol

 

I'd love to get one to, and just race it stock on the track. I wonder how it would do against the WRX boys (stock vs stock of course).

 

i have seen a video of a local srt-4 walking, not running, on a wrx. I have also seen a modded srt-4 walking on an sti. Supposedly, the motors and trannies are bullet proof and can handle lotsa power

all to heck with the SRT... i rather have luxury like heated leather bucket seats, navi, quiet cabin when stereo is off. and have a pretty dam fast car that will beat almost anything out there that isnt a straight up sport perfomance car.

 

you cant compeare an SRT-4 to a tl or cl, they are just on different levels. Our cars combine luxury and power. While a little car like this is just straight out the box performance. and its motor is so strong, it is considered the supra of the 4 bangers. Supposedly rumors are going around of a turbo charged version of the Stratus being called the srt-6.

 

I have your answer: Run in the rain! On the way home from the airport not long ago, some stupid kid in one wanted to run with me while it was pouring rain. He was rev'ing like mad at the red light with his temp tag in full back-window glory. I just left the VSA on and pulled out normally when the dumba$$ sat and spun madly.
