As I was coming back home my front passenger side lower control arm came loose and everytime I braked the tire would slide backwards and hit the wheel well. I looked and the rod that connects to the lower control arm was off and only one bolt remained. Weird. I guess some previous owner replaced it and forgot to tighten the bolts or something?? Anyways how to replace it is my question.

Page 18-17, on the PDF Manual link below, will give direction on how to get at and tighten those radius rod bolts, #23 on the diagram above.
