I'm not sure why you don't want to go with the HBP, but that's probably the best start. Another option (will cost around $2500) would be the hope systems intercooler should give you another 50+whp. There's two of these currently for sale in the black market (see links below). It really depends on what you're looking for and how much you want to spend.

If you have a 6 speed and you're looking for more, you can ditch the SC and get one of the few turbo kits ever made for our CLs. It's a little pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it and it's available in the black market as well.

I would suggest you to get some suspension stuff done as you will experience alot of wheelhop if you launch your car. Get your car tuned as well with an Emanage then run the HBP and you won't have to worry about detonation.

How about running alky or meth injection to go along with the hbp?
Or..
sell the supercharger/headers, etc and get Tom's turbo kit that is for sale and have 450whp waiting for you.

Or he can just blow his motor like you and go buy a already fast car like you did.

Go this way and you shouldn't have a problem with NA Maxima's.

Not injectors, but its an injection system injects into the intake plumbing prior to the throttle body. There is a supercharged guy here now running in it now on his car. I know in the Evo world, at lot of people use either alky or meth injection and it lowers the intake temp by a pretty big margin. Good luck and happy modding.

It seems like Trini is on a mission. I am going to go with the HBP and Emanage myself, even though I don't drive my car that hard to often.
I would advice sticking with the HBP, Emanage, Tuning, and suspension set up. You know as well as anyone else that these cars need to hook up. Oh, and don't forget the torque dampner. There is a thread floating around about the benefits of that mod as well. The dampner would be a decent start to reduce wheel hop.
Regarding your clutch, I don't have an answer on that one since I haven't encountered any slipping issues so I haven't looked into replacing it.

Trini, how much power are you putting down and whats your best 1/4 time?
im thinking about adding a SC to my current set up next mont wit the HBP or regular pulley. I think it might be too much power to control.
