Need Advice

I have a 2001 CL-P lowered on comptech springs. Couple days ago I ran into about a foot of water and there was a moaning sound from and engine bay then it went away. Now my engine sounds like that on and off. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I do not have a cold air intake. Thanks

You may have sucked some water into the OEM intake box. Better check it.
