you can pull the navi unit. it should be in the trunk in a bracket, it sounds confusing but its not hard to do. there is a couple of harness to disconnect in the back of it, un plug them.
there are four bolts(two on each side of it) unscrew them. Pull the unit out of the bracket. Located on the bottom of the unit will say serial number, and it usually starts with a letter "b" then a series of numbers.
call an acura dealer with that #, if no help call my dealership (frankel acura) ask for joe S.
410-667-8500 and ill get the 4 digit # for you

radio code as well
on a side note, if you ever lose you radio code there's an easy way to get that serial number as well without pulling anything apart. if your radio display reads code, hold in the #1 and #6 button at the same time before the key is in the ignition, then turn the key so the guages light up but DO NOT START THE CAR. Then turn the radio on, it will flash you two sets of 4 digits each. the first of the four digits should say 3000, the second set of numbers write down and call
a dealer, again if no help, call us at Frankel and ill get the code for you
ask for joe s. 410-667-8500
