Hey CL guys, I am from the TL forums, but I thought I'd share this with ya guys too.

I was really inspired by my friends new black 2003 Audi A4's interior. I WANTED HIS INTERIOR! So yah...Here is just a teaser guys... I've been working really hard on this project.




All the pictures will be up within a week... thanks so much for waiting everyone... all I have to say is that at night, the TL is a DIFFERENT car!!! My mood lights stay on 24/7 as well... it looks pretty cool from outside because my interior is lighted up red even when I'm not in the car.

ok. only my mood lights stay on all the time, everything else is controlled by the day/corners/lowbeams stick.

Completed:

Radio
Navigation
Gauges
Heat seater buttons
Shifter lights
2 Ambient mood light LED custom drilled and fitted right next to HomeLink

To be complete:
Windows
Onstar green Led

 

looks good, the only funny thing is, it looks like the interior color of a GTS celica, and one of the major gripes about the interior coloring of most magaiznes was the color they chose for the car.......they hated it, but i always kinda liked it.

 

Nice work man. What bulbs are you using and did you have to add resistors to them?

I remember someone doing that to their TL interior about a year back...took them months to get all the right bulbs and soldering etc. I think the dude did blue though.

BMW, Audi, both are red...supposedly it is the easiest color on the eyes at night

 

not bad. reminds me of my sister's 99 jetta interior

 

Post a little or big how to for me, interested in doing this to my first gen....

 

that is hottt......i wanna do it but i dont have the balls to take out the dash and everything myself. anybody know if any shops can do this?

 

i'll do it... just give me a few days to load up all my pictures and finish everything up.

the orange/red is whats in the bmw 330, Its also the color thats in a fighter jets and airplaines.
I think blue would be cool.
