My Dealership Experience
so i brought my cl-p into the dealership to get warranty work done; the tranny, stuttering driver side window and rattling moonroof. they denied my driver side window b/c i have tint!!! pure bullshit but i let that go. they said the same for my moonroof, but it's stock tint!!! now that pissed me off. they checked out my tranny and said it was fine. installed the oil jet kit on the tranny. before going in, tranny was fine. i loved my car. now, it's broken. downshifts to 2nd whenever it wants. can't go past 2nd gear. can't go faster than like 45mph. tcs light and cel. they better fix my baby or i'm gonna get real pissed. she really scares the crap out of me now. when i brake, the engine downshifts to help engine brake, but it shifts from like 4th to 2nd causing my tires to squeal. it's so retarded. i hate dealerships... i really do. i wonder if i'll get a new tranny and free tow.l

yea i would like to know too wat dealer it was....gotta keep us bay folks informed on these crappy dealers.... oh and i gotta take mine in for tranny tomorrow....closest for me is pleasonton...
i was at sunnyvale acura. sad part is i was hoping this would be the last thing i'd worry about the car b/c i recently put in rotora brakes. oh well, time to join the other half of busted tranny acura owners. i'm gonna tell off sunnyvale acura tomorrow and then call los gatos and see what they can do.

well, the car's in the shop for a new tranny, towed my car in from my house, and they rented me a kia rio from enterprise.... is there anyway i can upgrade this? this car is pathetic. i would at least expect something midclass considering my car is a cl. and how do i contact acura client services?
