hey ahmad, how much for the kit? how about painting?

Also, do u have any pics directly at the rear? I was wondering if the stock exhaust tips for the 03 would still fit

the kit was $495 +$50 shipping through the group buy we had. look in the first post from last night w/the kit pics for the email of the guy you need to contact about getting one...

Well it isnt painted yet, but my body shop said they would paint all 4 pc. of the kit and repaint my front and rear bumpers and intall for $500-$600...but im just gonna have them do all but the front lip cause i dont really care for it. and its too low

As far as pics from behind i do have one..but i just used tape to hold the kit up for the pics so its not on quite all the way. The back isnt lined up right so thats why the exhast dont look centered...but it was a bitch to try and line it up and hold it up alone to get the tape to hold it up. so this is the pic i have

I love this kit, i dont know why poeple dog the front lip .. I think it makes the car look really aggressive and I think it's perfect.

Does the versus kit always come in that black unpainted color?

I have enough scraping problems with my front as it is without a kit. I would love to see a different front.

Ahmad310, what are you planning to do for the front since you don't like the one you got?

The sides look alot better on a black car, maybe all dark cars. Just doesn't look right to me on a silver car. Looks out of place with nothing by the doors. That's what's holding my order back.

lookin good ahmad....the front is definately too low, i can't drive around here if i put the front on mine
I may do just the sides and back also but i am worried that it will look uneven, i'll have to give it another look

i think it looks alot better w/o the front...i will have it installed hopefully next week w/o the front. With the comptech rake it looks fine w/o the front..the sides are not really much lower than the stock sides. A bunch of my friends all agree to do it w/o the front.....Might do the TL front one day.

first, take advantage if the kit install and do the front with the tl kit, makes less sence to do it later, they'll charge you more. second, the kit only needs to be trimmed on the sides and raised about 2 inches. see what they say. Your fogs are throwing off the kit's lines too, here's a pic with the sides shaved and no fogs. lastly try to get them to fill those holes in the rear and you'll be perfect in my opinion.

personally i would rather have a much more clean front lip than the Versus one....I dont have any plans to mod the front of it cause i dont wanna dump extra money into if im not even sure i will like it...as far as doing the TL kit now, i would except for i just brought comptech headers last week so the $$$$ is going away fast!!!! i wanna see the car when the sides and back are painted and on b4 i make any decesions about the front. but there is a a 98% chance i wont use the Versus front at all.

I do plan on taking the fogs out and doing the 03 headlights one of these days...just gonna take time and money and i never seem to have both at the same time.

nice

Yea that photoshop job on the top.. is the way to go.. I would make the kit one piece witht he body... I don't like how the edges looks like LEGOS on the car.. like you can see the border where the kit and body meet... thats my opinion.. but that kits pretty damn nice... Can someone do that kit.. with a fender flares? all connected to the front lip, side and rear.. i think that'll look nice.

YES, i agree....please take some pics of the car on flat pavement...not driveway....so we can see if the kit will look balanced w/o the front....on the grass makes it look balanced i guess cuz we cant see where the ground is...

thanks ahmad

i was wondering would the kit look right with stock height with 19s because even with the comptech springs it stands too low.

Looks really good without the front! just put on the sides and back like everyone is saying and do the TL lip kit.

I think the front would look better trimmed a bit. If you have to professionally install it anyway,,,might as well get them to do the trimming.

Guys, I've got a few more of these kits if anyone's seriously interested.

I'm getting my kit installed as we speak...Chris, what do you mean by trimming the front?
