Mirror heater

Has anyone found that little mirror heater button useful? and does it heat up both side view mirrors or just the driver side?

Yes, I used it quite often this past winter and it works great.
It heats both mirrors.

The one thing I don’t like is it doesn’t turn itself OFF like the rear defroster does.
I have already accidentally left it on and didn’t notice the light was on until the next morning.
Good thing it doesn’t run with the ignition OFF or I would have had a dead battery for sure.

we shouldn't complain, the is300's mirror heater is always on with no switch.

Works good for me on both mirrors. If it would only turn itself off (like the rear window one)..

Yeah an auto pop up timer would be nice. But I loved having the heated mirrors this winter. They worked great.....
