I think that that's a little pricey with that many miles on it.

Based on kbb.com in Denver; that car is worth about $17,600 in 'Excellent shape' and $16,600 in 'Good shape'.

Try to talk that $19,999 down.

The '01 books for $10,800 to $12,800 depending on condition in a private party sale.

Oh, and 1 more thing, its Flux Capacitor; not that word you made up in your signature.

You should never get rid of that car. What if you cant own cobra's with an 03

I think you should jump ship and just get a Mustang, then you can harrass them with your bold text

What you didn't feel the need to put that response in bold? I know you have to bring attention to yourself since your a rockstar.

Oh and im very hurt that you called me ghey over the internet. I take everything so seriously on the interweb and its probably the worst thing thats happened to me today

Let us know when you jump ship, hopefully no one gives you a life jacket

It just honestly blows my mind why people like you on this forum think you have the right to be rude to someone about BOLD or there name or for any reason for all that matter's. Did i say something to you? I think it's quite funny. I know there is seniority (spelling?) and I respect that, but when something uncalled for just appears out of no where for no reason at all. It makes me think BOLDLY about the nerve people have. Acurazine is the shit.... I'm just here to have fun and learn in the process. If you dont like me stay out of my threads.

Thanks

Your headers will most likely not fit, depending which ones they are. You don't list which brand.

I think he's got XS power headers... so they should fit the 6spd... springs definitely will fit...

Price is high... I've got a SMR 6spd with 57K miles, that I figure is worth about $15-17...

Paid 17,500 for my 03 six speed, non-navi. with 43K miles. Probably paid a bit much, but it was from a dealer, and was certified, so I got the 12Mo, 12k bumper to bumper, and 100k powertrain warranty, and new tires to boot. They started out wanting like 20,500 so at the time I felt like I had gotten a pretty decent deal. Turns out it wasn't great, but not bad either.

They want way too much for that car. I'd suggest looking for one with lower miles and lower price.

That is way high, I just bought mine and for the car you are looking at I would expect to pay 14 - 16 depending on condition, and that is for a Texas car.

1. The springs, headers, exhaust, and probably pulley will all fit fine.
2. Toss that intake off the nearest cliff though.
3. Price is too high.
4. You're gonna get bum raped on trade-in (especially if you take the car in modded).

Definitely too high of a price...I paid $18k-19k in '05 for my SSM 6 speed w/ 49k miles on it

If you really want a 6 speed, I suggest you keep looking or check in the black market.

Is there still a factory warranty on the 03 CL-S if it's still below 50,000 miles or is the four year warranty up.

I never know how car dealerships determine when the warranty is up in terms of years.

Is it as simple as 2007-2003= 4 year warranty is up.

Or is it date of purchase from that point for 4 years. If so, what if you are the second owner and don't know when date of purchase was...

No... the length of the warranty is deterimed by the "in service date"... so my in service date was 10/3/2002... there are alot of people who bought their CL's after me (I'm 8866, so I'm about 1/2 way thru the production run).

I think Acura sold 1 (one) 2003 CLS in 2005 IIRC beleive it or not... (I'm too lazy to search the YTD sales figures on the hondanews.com site now tho').

A call to the dealer with the VIN will get you the in service date if needed.

Ummm Loosen each bolt, remove muffler

To install reverse the above order. Having a clicky turny thing will probably help speed up this process

Umm, Chris... the exhaust is not welded TO the car.... If it is, never ever, EVER... take anything back to the guy who installed it.
