Ive had my metra kit in for a while, and it seems the longer i have it in the worse the rattles get. It makes a huge creeking noise everytime i go over a bump, push down any of the 3 pedals, and does it everytime i shift to another gear. Basically any movement whatsoever makes the whole thing creek. I always have my music on full blast cause it drives me crazy, but no matter how loud i turn it up i can still hear this. Oh and i just got front boston componenets put in and dynomatted everything, and my doors are rattling like crazy. The speakers sound fine, just everything around them sounds like its rattling. What should i do. I got it done at tweeter, but everytime I go back they try to bs me and refuse to do any more work on my car. Any suggestions. This is really turning me a way from car audio. Ive done so much shit and nothing has gone smoothly. Everthing ive had done ive had to get redone. please help my sorry ass.

Go to Tweeter. Their installation should have a lifetime guarantee. My metra dash kit is perfectly fine. My doors were dynomatted with no problems.

 

put some black velcro(soft part) around the entire edge of the kit and wherever it may come in contact with other parts. Just make sure that the velcro is not visibel when you put it back. It has worked for me when doing radio installations with metra kits on friends cars.
