It doesn't "jutt out" very much... It follows the angle of the bumper almost perfectly. maybe it's just the angle of the pic

about $50 shipped from www.mcmaster.com, but it comes in one flat sheet of aluminum.

I made the grills myself

They're usually custom made. RonJon had bolt-on grills running for $400 for a while. As said, sheet from McMaster.com, then cut away at the stock grill to fit. Hope you don't screw up.
