i keep seeing everywhere that headers will bolt on to Any aftermarket Cat back.... does this mean it will not work with the stock exhaust?? i thought it could bolt right on to the existing.

if it can an i do bolt it in to the stock exhaust does this reduce power gains?

 

headers will fit your stock exhaust system no problem...from what i've heard type-s already has a pretty freeflowing stock exhaust system...cl-p probably doesn't, but i don't think it'll reduce THAT MUCH of a powergain. i've yet to get my headers but i will soon!!!

 

I know that Comptechs are the best but what does everyone recommend as far as the cheaper brands go?

obx? megan? or alphawerks?

 

you can have megan for like 200shipped, and obx for like 300shipped, and alphawerks for like 500 shipped.. you pay for what you have..

 

If you need any of these headers let me know. I can get the OBX, Alpha Werks, and Comptech headers.

stay away from stone racing headers , numerous fitment issues on mine.

 

None of the headers actually bolt onto the cat back exhaust. They bolt onto the the cat, then the exhaust is continued after the cat (cat-back).

 

get the alphawerks....
