I've gotten this twice lately on a 2001 CL-S with 60K miles, each time when starting the car after it has been parked outside in the cold. A friend read the ODB-II code and got P1457 which is "Leak detected in EVAP Control System (EVAP Canister System)".

Could this be just a problem with the filler cap, or what do you think?
