Love my Dealer

Dropped off my car two days ago for its 45K miles service. They provided me with the usual 2008 TSX loaner, which is a nice little car to cruise in. Got a call in the afternoon stating the service was done, but they found a problem with my car . The service advisor stated that my passenger side CV boot was leaking. He said it wasn't major but should be fixed ASAP. I quickly informed him that about 2 months ago they replaced the CV joint under warranty. He apologized and said they would get the part in overnight and fix the car. Asked if I would mind keeping the loaner another night, which I said no.

Kudos to this dealership for always taking care of me and having low prices for service. Especially with my aftermarket suspension. Nice loaner cars and the service techs know my car by my name

I think the boot would have been covered under my Acura extended warranty anyway, but we didn't even have to get into that.

That's great.

This may be off topic but in your sig it says you have Type-S door sills? Where'd you get that?

Always refreshing to hear a positive experience from a dealership.

There was a group buy about 4 years ago. I have no idea what the company's name is anymore.

Good for you! Those are very rare! If I tried that down here I'd get a bill for $1000, & lip on how they don't work on modded cars & my intake blew my cv joint.

When I saw the thread title I thought your were talking about something else. But yeah its great to hear some good dealer experiences. I loathe my local dealer and would never give them any business.

How horrible that my first reaction to the title was you were being sarcastic.

I am glad they treat you well. Santa Monica Acura taught me to loath Acura dealers.

Is that what R.C. Acura told you? Damn, now I understand what you were talking about a while ago. They have been acting a little funny with me now since my mods are more easily seen. Which dealership do you go to when you do go to a dealership?

I don't go to the dealer. The only one I've had that was just ok was palm beach. But it's a LONG drive up there.

I figured, I try to avoid them as much as possible, but certain things require dealership visits a.k.a AT issues.
