They are definitely expensive, but would also be nice to have.

Its a prototype that Honda commissioned for use in the next space shuttle. They paid me millions of dollars to test it for them.

^^hybrid motor; like the lsvtec hybrid

for the j36, it is using the j37 crank and rods, then the j35/j32 pistons for the motor to be a j36

any extra work involved compared to the now inferior j35 swaps? (j35 crank and rods, j32 pistons) or is it still "plug and play" if you will

J35 build is plug and play..as with the J36 and J37, the J37 crank is used so the snout is shorter which you will have to use some brain cells to get it to work right

No I mean I am trying to understand, why call it a J36, when it is a J37, using the crank out of a j37, with j35/32 pistons is still a j37, because of the crank displacement.

So yeah as far as I know it is not a J36.

cause the total displacement is 3.6 liters so thats what the 36 means

also the J37 has a 1mm larger bore then the J35/J32, which makes up that last 0.1 liters of the displacement

also the number are not exact for Honda's rated displacement either(they are actually a little overrated in size, but if you did round them off, they would be correct though)
