Locking beep

I need help finding the location of the beeping sound when locking the car with the remote. I know its comming from the pasangers side in the hood, but don't know exactly where its comming from. Im trying to relocate the wire to the horn signal.

Has anyone done this? I hate the puny beeping sound when locking the car. My fiends 06 accord is stock and uses the horn for the sound.

That's correct it's in the passenger fender. Also the horns are directly in from the AC condenser.

Possibility of replacing the stock Acura beeping device with once from say...a bmw or lexus? I really like the bm chirp and I think that would be a neat little mod. chances?

the beep sounds better than a loud, annoying horn in places like parking garages.

When im in a parking lot and I hear a beep im thinking nice classy car. When I hear a horn im thinking ford, chevy, junk, etc...

Plus if I park in a quite neighborhood at night and I lock the doors I just get a nice beep, vs a horn honk that pisses off the neighbors

I had the 100w siren hooked up to the horn circuit. The air horn selected on the siren. Man that was loud!!!!! Hit panic & OMG!!!!!!

i have to agree with the majority and say i like the beep too...I kind of wish it was like the older cl with two beeps instead of one...but i'm still satisfied...like thevikas87 said....reserved/refined and classy...i sometimes over do it and like to make it beep about 3 times just to make sure i heard it and its locked but still like it...
